Cytomegalovirus (CMV) Antigen-glass slide was prepared with human enbryonic lung cells (HL) infected with CMV(AD169 strain). Thriteen hybridoma cell lines secreting McAbs against IEV have been established. Six of them were selected for study. The characterization of the six cell lines of McAb indicated that three of them were JEV—species specific and the other three were JEV—subgroup specific. In this paper 97 HBsAG positive cases and 60 HBeAg positive cases of chronic hepatitis B were treated with small dosages of interferon for one to six months. The viral targets were HBsAg HBeAg, anti-HBe, DNAP, HBV-DNA, After one month of post-treatment, six targets had not improved conspicuously in 97 cases. A double sandwich ELISA has been developed to detect herpes simplex virus(HSV) antigen in 70 clinical specimens, A valuation on availability of Monoclonal Anti body (McAb) in rapidly detecting HSV antigen was set, The sensitivity of McAb ELISA was 20-30 TCID50/0.1ml. The concordance of detecting HSV between McAb ELISA and virus isolation in clinical specimens was 85％. The mixture of two McAbs was used, it might elevate the sensitivity of ELISA.
2-1 day old suckling mice were inoculated ic with 8 HFRSV strains (Chen, A_(216), A_9, H_(8205), C_4, R_(22), 76/118) respectively. The structure polypetides of Clostera anastomosis granulosis virus were studied by vertical slab SDS-PAGE. The result shows that Cas GV granulin passed though Sepharose-6 Bconsists of on major polypetide Component with an estimated molecular weight of 32×10~3d. The virus particle revealed at Least compositon of 23 bands with molecular weight ranging from 13 to 85×10~3d. 3 major polypeptide of virion were positivly reacted by PAS staining detection and could have glycoproteins on the virion.
