2020-2021年中国蛋鸡中H7N9亚型高致病性禽流感病毒抗原持续变异

  • 2016年中期以来,H7N9流感病毒已变异为一种高致病性毒株,可导致鸡的严重疾病。中国政府于2017年9月推出H7-Re1疫苗、2018年12月推出H7-Re2疫苗、2020年6月推出H7-Re3疫苗,成功控制了H7N9病毒的流行。2020-2021年,在全国主动监测中分离到13株H7N9高致病性禽流感病毒,呈现出对鸡的高致病性,而对鸭致病性低。基因型分析显示,大多数毒株属于目前流行最广的G2基因型,也发现了一株新的基因型毒株(GS0328,G11)。抗原性分析显示,流行毒株可以分为3个抗原群,H7-Re3疫苗与大多数流行毒株间血凝抑制效价相差3-5 log2,抗原性出现明显变异。现有疫苗的保护作用下降,亟需更新新的匹配性疫苗。
