A蛋白间接酶联免疫吸附法检测二种西瓜花叶病毒病(WMV-2和CMV)的研究

  • 本文用一种改进了的间接酶联免疫吸附法(PAS-ELISA)对二种西瓜上的病毒(WMV-2和CMV)进行检测。结果证明,利用A蛋白顶包被和酶联A蛋白的间接ELISA方法具有高度的灵敏度和特异性。

  • A new form of indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) has been used for detection of WMV-2 and CMV in watermelon plants.
